We signed up 2 years ago for 2 Verizon Gateway boxes. The cost was $25.00 dollars a month for 10 years! Seemed too good to be true, right. Well guess what, It was. After 2 years Verizon raised the cost of our Gateways by $50.00 a month. We had no notice, they just did it. I am so flustered and upset with Verizon I can't tell you. I have spent countless hours on the phone to no avail!!! I am going to file a complaint with the FCC if our "TICKETS" aren't resolved this week. They are now saying our monthly 55 PLUS PLANS aren't included. WE'VE HAD IT FOR 2 YEARS!! all of a sudden Verizon took it away! What happened to our 10 year deal Verizon?

If you get a private message in this Forum, you should get a notification with a link to click on to take you to your Forum Mailbox. There also should be a mailbox/letter icon upper right when you go to the Community Forum on the mobile app or a web page.
