Verizon admitted they failed and will not correct the failure

I have spent hours and hours probably at least 50 +hours and have been told over and over they were going to correct the problem /issue where they The sales agent blatantly lied when I upgraded from two iPhone 12 Pro Max is to to iPhone 15 Pro maxes they stated when the deal was made, it was a total swap not a sent to me.
I even questioned it and they responded no, not a cent to you. However, my bill has been incorrect since the deal was made, I complained let them know as, they said they would correct it over and over at least 20+calls & spent hours on the phone and now they are not taking care of me. Iโve been with him for 18 years and today I went and sat down with AT&T and T-Mobile and probably going to just pay off my difference and switch soon as I am not going Pay for a service from a carrier that lies & admits it and does not correct the situation they will not even come to a resolution. They have totally failed me. Iโve tried for four months and have been lied to stating they were going to take care of it and they have not and now theyโre not going to do anything about it when I talk to them basically pushing me away, I give up !!
