I’ve had Verizon for years now. But I’m finding that my bill keeps going up and the service down. Just curious if anyone has switched and is Xfinity unlimited about the same?

It depends on how much traffic is on the network where you are as to whether an MVNO's service would compare to one of the "Big 3". But long story short: If top-notch service could be had for the price budget carriers charge, then everybody would have either gone to the budget carriers already, or all carriers would be charging the same rates.
If your financial situation is forcing you to consider a less costly alternative, I'd suggest using the prepaid service, as you would then still be a Verizon customer instead of going through a company who is piggybacking off Verizon.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Thank you. As of now, I’m keeping my Verizon. I will still shop around. Verizon is getting to expensive for what I get. Also I had canceled or changed my ins coverage to a lower amounts. Unfortunately they kept the previous plan and added the new lower one as well.
Once again I’m frustrated and have called and told it would be removed but it is still there and I’m paying for both.
Thank you for all the help.
Cheryl
