Verizon won't reconnect my service because of security reasons?

I have been using a verizon family plan of 6 services for 2 years. This Monday I invited my sister to join the family plan. And since then my account has been suspeneded. I have made about 10 calls with the customer service (and lets just say its not the best experience in my life) with the result being absolutely 0 progress. I have submitted documents as requested through email, and they always fail without telling me the reason. Today I called again. The service person told me (after waiting on hold for about half an hour) that they cannot reconnect my service and cannot provide the reason due to security policies. I have been autopaying this account for 2 years, and I provided all the valid credentials (SSN, verizon pin, proof of address). 5 of my friends currently has no cell phone service and they are abosutely furious.
This is absurd and humiliating. You suspeneded my account, won't provide any reason for it, and won't allow me to prove my identity. What's even crazier is that my account is still getting billed while suspended. FIX IT!!!!!!

I literally just had the same thing happen to me today. I started my service last week and got a call from VERIZON stating I was eligible to add another free iphone to my account. Soof course I went along with the process, when we were finished I was told that it was flagged for fraud and that it was nbd just had to clear it up with fraud department. Well they wouldn't accept my identification documents. I had my driver's license, lease, bank statement, socal. I was hung up on and account completely shut off. For no reason what so ever! I just started my service a week ago and went into the store in person and there was no issue but because I was solicited by a Verizon agent to upgrade mm my account now I'm completely screwed with a new iphone 15 and no service. Worst part they were so rude and hung up o.n me and the sales department of Verizon they even tried to call the fraud department as well and I've gotten no solution. This has been a disaster and this is horrible service VERIZON IS dishonest AND THEY DESCRIMINATE against their lol loyal customer
