Just switched to verizon me and 5 other lines in my account. AT most we get 2 bars. This is not just my home but in a lot of areas on the east side redmond, bellevue, sammamish and issaquah. A few of my friends also seeing the same thing 1 bar in a lot of areas with LTE and no 5G
Their customer support is just utterly useless, troubleshooting steps include shutting off phone disable wifi etc.. Like for godsake go and fix the signal problem it is very clear it is not a phone issue when everyone i know says the same thing.
