Why do I have to keep providing proof I'm a Veteran? That will never change.

I have provided my DD-214 to prove to Verizon that I am a Veteran three times now and am being asked to do it AGAIN.
My retired Veteran status will never change. All of the notifications I get from Verizon asking for my proof to continue to receive my military discount, asks for employment verification which is not relevant.
If you want to honor Veterans, make it easier for them to continue to receive the discount.

kirober, we truly want to thank you for your services. All of your feedback is appreciated, and we will forward your concern to the proper channels. Can you please clarify if you are having trouble validating your Veteran's discount?
