I've been a loyal customer of Verizon for a few years an have 6 voice lines with them currently on the basic 5G Start 1.0 paying close to $34.63 per line ($30 for the line + Fees and taxes). I was excited to see Verizon offering Unlimited Plus for $30, only to find out that it is offered to new customers only. As an existing customer the same plan shows up as $42. The worst part is the equivalent of the same plan is offered at $25 with price lock guarantee. How is this a god business practice?
