I am writing to you again to help me resolve my issue. I ported back to Verizon through the winback department. They had promised me to activate my old plan. However, the rep that helped me out did not do that. Since then, I have spent countless hours on the phone and chatting to resolve this issue.  

I had Nicholas  from your office reach out to me on 10/25/2023 to help me resolve the issue. He reinstated my old plans, however he still put me on the wrong plans. I was on the 3.0 version of the plans, but he added the 4.0 version of the plan (this info was verified by customer care). Now I am having to spend more time to resolve this issue.

I request that Nicholas or someone else reach back to me to help resolve the issue and put me on the correct rate plans. I do not want to spend more time with care than I already have.
