iPhone 15 Pro Plans

We have the 55+ Unlimited plan with Verizon, which they apparently do not offer anymore. I have an IPhone 15 Pro which is missing calls (not receiving them), calls dropping, and texts delayed. When I called Verizon, they mentioned newer phones with better technology are not able to operate to their best capabilities because of the old plans not supporting. They suggested I changed to Unlimited Plus. Anybody else encountered this?

The last thing we want is for you to feel like you need to give up a plan you're comfortable with to get the coverage you're looking for. All of our plans should work perfectly and allow you to text and call without any problems. We actually recommend troubleshooting if you're having text and call issues and possibly reviewing your area. To start, please click this link, find your device, click troubleshooting, and select the issue that best matches what's going on: https://www.verizon.com/support/devices/

Iโ€™ve followed all trouble shooting, talked with the tech team, went to the store, and no luck.

Thank you for those additional details. We understand how important it is for your service to work as expected. Do you experience these issues everywhere or only in certain locations? How often have you been experiencing issues with calls and text? When troubleshooting was previously completed, did anything seem to improve your services even if only for a short time?

Calls not being received or dropping, and texts failing to send or noticeable delays in sending is usually a poor signal strength issue.  Do you usually have only 1-2 bars on your phone?  If others in your area also have service problems with Verizon, then it is a carrier issue with not having good coverage.  If it is only in your house, then there is something interfering with your cellular reception.

My husband has a different carrier with also 1-2 bars in our house. This happens in places other than our house, but he has never had this issue. Only me.
