my wife upgraded to unlimted plan on 7/4. Since "upgrading" both phones on the plan cannot access the internet through cellular data. Cannot send texts with photos. After being on the phone with tech support for almost two hours, they said this is a known issue. Now 24 hours later still nothing. Anyone run into this? I have been with Verizon for 12 years and have never had anything close to this. "known" issue sounds like a stock answer for, we don't know what's going on. Maybe it's an issue when since they switched to the e-sim?
I will be really disappointed with verizon if they do not resolve this for her and she goes with another provider.

How long did it take to be fixed and how was it fixed? I've been dealing with the same issue for over a week. I'm getting nowhere with customer service.
