The manual I have downloaded has no specs, just mentions the 'power adaptor included'. I would think calling in to Verizon support or stopping in at a Verizon store would be the way to get the proper adaptor for the device. Call the store first, of course, before driving there. Maybe someone in this forum with one of the devices and power adaptor can post what the label says and a picture of the connector. No doubt the connector is unique to the device.
