I have been trying to make pass-through work on the ARC-XCI55AX but it just does not. My Asus AX3000 modem reports that WAN lease time is 60 seconds. Eventually, Asus stops serving wireless and wired clients. I have used this router for the last 3-4 years with Xfinity without any issues. To roll out Asus router I pulled out my old Netgear R7000 and within a day I got the same result. I switched ARC-XCI55AX in DMZ working with Asus now and everything is better except now I'm double natting.
Verizon needs to fix firmware on ARC-XCI55AX and make it true bridge mode.
Please fix it.

Try going to the WAN page on your ASUS router and switch the DHCP Query Frequency to “Continuous Mode.”

What about lease time? Why does it do it every 60 seconds?

I am sorry to hear that your device is not working. I would love to help. I did want to clarify is this for Fios?

I'm still getting issues now just a couple of times a day when IP is trying to change. Verizon needs to fix bridge mode on this modem. Please fix it. Xfinity did not have any issues for years.

Where is the Verizon support?
Still having issues with IP change in pass-through mode.
Verizon, if you want customers you need to fix it. This is not rocket science. We are in 2022. Bridge mode existed long time ago.
