I just received the ASK-NCQ1338 5G home internet gateway. I checked here https://www.verizon.com/support/verizon-internet-gateway-ask-ncq1338-update/ that there is an update for it (220745. Mine is at 214322). However when I click the Check for new version button, it spins a while and reports "Check for new software failed. There was a problem while checking for new software. Try again?". I tried multiple times and it always failed. I tried to reset my gateway to factory setting and after that it still kept failing. Any ideas?
