Are you saying you cannot get into the admin page?  Or, your password doesn't work?  Have you tried resetting the device to factory defaults?

We can certainly look into how we can help you with your firmware update, and how to access your router settings. Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps since this issue began, and are you receiving any errors when attempting to log in, or reach the login screen?
