Can I use my U620L usb modem for port forwarding?

I'd like to know if anybody has tried using the CradlePoint MBR1200B router with a Verizon USB 4G LTE stick to forward ports and use Dynamic DNS for access into the network from the outside on the public side.

On other MiFi devices my understanding is that in order to do this you need to pay $500 for a static public IP address from Verizon. Is that still the case with a setup like this?

Basically what I'm trying to do is access and IP security camera from the outside and in order to do that I need to forward Port 80 to the device. Any help would be very much appreciated, thank you.

Yes, you need a static IP address and they are only available to business accounts.
