Hours I have spent on the phone with customer service to get them to honor the promotion I signed up for with LTE home internet. I have been told that they would call me back, they have tried selling me more useless stuff, and they still have not fixed the problem. I am so over the bad customer service. I will warn all people that read this DO NOT SWITCH TO VERIZON ANYTHING!!! I will be canceling all services through verizon and switching to a carrier that can actually help their cusotmers.
