Does this device provide a wifi signal for TV's
etc
westay, I know how important it is to ensure that our router will work with your equipment. It provides extended WiFi coverage, so if your TV connects to WiFi, it should connect. However, TV service does use a large amount of data, so you may find that connecting a TV uses more data than you intended very quickly. Does that make sense?

Yes, it can provide a wifi signal for your TV, but it would be VERY expensive to do so. Video will consume a LOT of data and you would need a VERY large monthly data allowance and not really feasible if you are on the unlimited data plan. If you are on the unlimited data plan, your data would be slowed to 3G speeds of up to 600kbps after the first 10 GB in your monthly billing cycle. This would give you possibly 5-10 hours of video streaming on your TV before you data speed would be slowed to the point of not being able to watch any further for the rest of your billing cycle.
