I want to know how  many people can join $80 plan?

Also hows the connectivity in the Poughkeepsie, NY area?

As many as you want to add to your plan.  Keep in mind, more people more data though.

I believe you can add up to 10 lines to a More Everything account. Keep in mind that would mean EACH line can only use an average of 1 GB/month to avoid overages. Line access fees for each of the lines is ADDITIONAL to the $80/month for you 10 GB of data.
