can i use the Netgear ac1750 to broadcast or boost from my ellipsis jetpack

You would have to check the user manual for this model to find out if it has a wireless bridge or repeater mode.  If the features are available, as I assuem they would be on an AC home router, then all you have to do is configure your enviornment correctly to get it to work.

It would look something like this:

VZW ))) Jetpack ))) AC1750 ))) PC1

VZW ))) Jetpack ))) AC1750 === PC2

VZW ))) Jetpack ))) AC1750 === PC3

Note that in this scenario the PCs are connecting to the AC1750, not to the Jetpack directly.  The AC1750 would then have to be within range of the Jetpack to use the Jetpack as its source for internet connectivity.

Do you mean the Netgear R6400?

No!   The R6400 is a wireless router.

What you're talking about requires a Wi-Fi Extender.
