LTE Home Internet issues

So, LTE home internet, does well during the day. Average speeds between 1am and 5pm are around 50 mbps down and 5-6 mbps up. However, when the clock strikes 5 pm, my speeds begin to deteriorate rapidly. My speeds decrease to as slow as 3.6 mbps down, but my upload always stays consistent. I have ran months of data checks on when and how much of a change happens to my internet speeds. It appears that Verizon is throttling me and the rest of my street as soon as “peak” hours hit. I have reached out to customer service a multitude of times and nothing has changed. I get throttling the speeds down a little to help with congestion, but offering speeds to your customers by stating “average speeds of 25mbps, with peak speeds of 50mbps” only to throttle them to speeds slower than legacy DSL is disappointing. Hopefully there is a way to resolve this issue, but I doubt there is. If I can be helped in any way that will resolve this, I will be shocked.
