LTE broadband router ... "the Verizon customer you are trying to reach..."

It has been a struggle to get the landline (voice) portion our new Verizon 4G LTE Broadband Router (Novatel T1114) to work well.  We recently resolved a problem with voicemail, but now, friends and family are saying that when they call in (sometimes) they get a message to the effect "The Verizon customer you are trying to reach is not available". This is when we're home and not using the landline, so apparently the calls are not ringing through.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

You should probably call Customer Service (800) 922-0204 and let them run you through a check list and possibly send you a replacement device.

thanks 7e18n1. I did spend some time on the phone with Verizon support and they do have a ticket open for my issue. Since it is not something that happens with every incoming call, it is a tough problem to track down. I was just hoping to find another user that may have had the same problem.
