I have 4g home internet and want to switch to 5g ultra home internet will this switch be automatic or is there something I need to do?
I should add that I just started LTE home internet 2 weeks ago and know it is not available only 5g ultra is available at my address. I do have the proper router but I am getting conflicting stories from customer service on the phone and a store. Customer service told me that even though I have the proper router for 5g ultra home internet I would need to switch it out for a new router to get the service. Once at the store they told me that switching the router won’t help and it will happen automatically. I would like to know who is right
