When I try to connect to the internet with my MiFi Modem U820L, at least 25% of the time I get message "MiFi Modem U820L is not responding". Sometimes removing the modem, waiting about 1 minute then reinserting it will allow me to connect. Other times I have to power off/on the system.
I have tried inserting the modem in different USB ports, but still have the problem.
I did an online chat with Verizon support, but they could not find any problems.
Does this sound like a problem with the Modem, or is it with my system?
This is desktop computer with Windows 10.
We want you to have an excellent experience with your device, ROCKYDEAN. We are not able to locate a U820L device in our resources. Are you referring to the U620L device (https://www.verizon.com/support/verizon-u620l/)? -Antonio
Thank you for clarifying. Have you tested the device on another computer if possible? Are you in an area that normally picks up a strong signal? -Yale
