Your post is a bit difficult to parse, but it sounds as though you're saying that you have a Dell computer running Windows 10, and that it's not detecting your Verizon router over Wi-Fi? If I misunderstood, please correct me. But if that's the issue, then are any other devices able to detect the router? Have you already tried restarting both the computer and the router, and verified that your Wi-Fi is enabled on the computer?
You should check which wifi frequency the Verizon router is broadcasting. The computer might only be able to see the 2.4 GHz band and not the 5 GHz band.
