I have a new iPhone. Trying to start using Cloud. Getting this message: "Cloud performance optimization initializing. Your ill be able to view your Cloud content shortly." That began 24 hours ago, and the wheel is still spinning/Is this normal?

Obviously Verizon Cloud...this is a Verizon forum. If you don't know the answer just say so. Don't delay with stupid questions.

Having access to the Verizon cloud is important. I'm not seeing any known issues with the cloud right now. Have tried uninstalling the app? Also, when you use Verizon Cloud are you connected to wifi?

Not seeing any issues with the cloud, you mean the one that has been going on for over 3 months now?
