Access cloud content from a broken phone

I shared a verizon account with one of my family members. The galaxy s6 that i had broke. Instead of getting another phone under my families account, I got my own but with a different number than my galaxy.  Can I get the content from my galaxy off of cloud? If so, how?

If the account is still active you can.  You'll need your log in for your old account.  If it is deactivated, you cannot access it.

Deactivated accounts, disconnected lines and cancelled accounts can not be accessed.  You must be a current customer and the line must be an active line.
