Is it possible to set up an automatic backup of my contacts (the only thing i have set for the cloud) to occur? I can't find the setting like the old method had.

If you open the Cloud app, click on Menu, scroll down to settings. Click Settings, top option will be What to Backup. Click that, makes sure Contacts is checked. Choose how to backup (WiFi etc.) then When to Backup. The minium you can choose is 1 hour. This will automatically back up your contacts ever hour.

Thank you. I am using the cloud on my iPhone..but I don't have a setting
of When to Backup. I have What to Back up, How to Back Up, Email address
and about. That is where I am confused.

Thanks for the additional details, Ridenour1963. Let’s dive deeper into this issue. Is your Verizon Cloud application up to date? What happens if you remove and install a fresh copy of Verizon Cloud from the App Store? Have you had this option in settings previously?
