We want to get to the bottom of this issue so that you can set up that backup to be done automatically. I'm sorry, if you sent a picture it didn't show up on this end. To ensure we are heading down the correct path can you confirm which cloud service you are using, Verizon cloud, iCloud (apple service) or another back up service?
