My screen is cracked so I can not see what the error says or who to contact, but when I try to backup my contacts, the only words I am able to see on my broken screen are "encountered a problem." I am trying to back up everything on my phone before I purchase and activate a new one due to my broken screen.
I'm sorry to see that your phone's screen is cracked! Perhaps the issue is that the application is not properly installed and without full vision of the screen error it is very difficult to provide troubleshooting options. What is your phone model?
