Old non smart phone lost. now upgrading to a smart phone, how do i restore contacts which were backed up in Backup Assistant ?

Open the Verizon Cloud app on the new phone, log in with your MyVerizon account credentials, and the contact list saved via Backup Assistant (now called Verizon Cloud) will sync to the new phone.
