Ok! Since January 27 my Cloud had been AWOL. I was pretty much giving up hope, but I went to check today on my desktop and lo and behold! Everything is back!!!!! All my photos and documents! Even new photos from my phone which somehow were backed up and I didn't know it! To all of you who are still frustrated (if they are any still feeling that way), please hang in there. It will be fixed. I'm a teacher and had many documents I needed for school backed up to the Cloud when I got a new hard drive. Pics were scattered throughout Facebook, so I wasn't too concerned about them as I was the documents. But all is good with my world now. Thank you, Verizon!

I have reported to the BBB, the FCC and had 3 different Verizon Wireless Executive analysts "attempt" to help me and still have nothing/have had nothing for the past 2 months.
