Why can't I access my cloud pics that were on my old phone? I had 1000+ pictures on there, and now with my new phone I can't see none of those pics on cloud?!?!?!

RebeccaKelley We certainly want you to continue to see and share those memories. I would be very sad if I could not get my photos back. If you login to your my Verizon Online Account, do you see your photos? If you do, we need to set up the cloud app on the new phone. http://vz.to/1YAlEJt

Open up the Cloud App on your device, click the 3 lines or 3 dots (probably different on each device) and see if your photos are within there. You can even go to Tools>Content Restore and it should tell you how many you have, how long it would take to restore etc. (They won't restore automatically)
