I would like to create new folders and organize the pictures I have stored on the cloud into those folders, according to the
event or topic tinvolved. Can I do this and, if so, how do I create the new folders or move various pictures into them?

I know I take a lot of pictures & like to have them all organized. When you are in your Cloud application, you may go to Menu-> Pictures & Videos->Albums. You will se an option to make a new album "+New Album": http://vz.to/1T98l0S
