Is it possible to edit my Verizon Cloud contacts (not just delete them)? How? There's a video that is repeatedly suggested for answering this question but the only "editing" conducted on the video is deleting and restoring a contact. Almost useless and certainly poorly titled.

I presume you're referring to editing the contacts from the Verizon Wireless website? If so, then, yes, that should be possible. After you access the My Cloud & Media Contacts page, you can then do the following:
1. Select the "Contacts" tab from the top of the page.
2. Click ont he name of the contact you want to edit.
3. Click the red "Edit Contact" button near the top of the page.
4. Edit the contact details.
5. Click the red "Save Contact" button near the top of the page.
