My verizon cloud app has a section called "apps that are allowed to use the cloud" and when I click it, it says I have not given permission for any apps to use my cloud. I am specifically wanting to upload my freegal music downloads to the cloud so when I go into the settings of my ipad and click on Freegal, there is no option for anything like the cloud, then if I click on the Verizon app, there is nothing there that allows me to give permission to Freegal to do this either. I am not able to do this within either app, nor within my tablet. How do I do this?
Also the cloud app is not recognizing my dropbox or google drive apps and I have documents in those I wish to upload. NO I do not wish to move those files to another area in order to get the cloud to recognize it. What can I do then to upload the docs out of my dropbox and google drive into the cloud?

DropBox and Google Drive ARE cloud apps - and IMHO are better than Verizon's cloud. They also are independent of your phone carrier, so when/if you switch carriers, your content doesn't need to be moved. DropBox, Google, OneDrive, etc are much more flexible (and useful) than Verizon cloud.
Also, since they are already cloud storage apps, it makes sense (to me) why they wouldn't interface with Verizon cloud. What are you trying to accomplish by moving, or duplicating your content on Verizon's cloud?

Oh, and I found this on a FAQ about the Freegal app:
"What is the functionality of the Freegal App?
The Freegal App is designed to find libraries that have the Freegal Music Service, to store your login information, to search and browse the Freegal Music collection of your library, and to download, store and play your Freegal MP3 files. Currently, the Freegal Music App is not allowed to export files to iTunes or any other software."

Well its all a learning curve for me. I understand your response concerning the idea that my google drive and dropbox are already cloud drives. Now that you point that out to me it makes sense but I guess as it was coached during the installation, I mindlessly did not register that idea.
This means then that I have data in all the cloud drives available that includes
Apple Cloud (provided for each device I own)
Verizon Cloud (redundant im sure but likely is storing the same info as the apple cloud)
Dropbox
Google Drive
THEN there is the question concerning Freegal. Yes I understand your response about its functionality BUT the idea is that I have this music in my Freegal app that is MINE that I would like to get in a cloud like itunes to be able to sort and listen at my leisure but the effort to do this is daunting. It involves plugging my pad into a computer and synching and then trying to move folders into itunes from there. What a pain in the butt. I also have a similar issue with Amazon Music in that I have stored audiobooks, music, etc that I am having the same issue trying to get all this in my itunes as I would prefer my music and books all be located in one place, not across all these different platforms.
My issue with syncing with a computer is that I am far away from home for many months and do not have my computer available and to plug my pad into a foreign computer to sync is not what I want to do as it instructs me that I risk erasing my pad to load the itunes of the foreign computer.
Anyway, I am trying to get this figured out. Thanks for your help and if you can come up with any solution, I will be eager to see what that might be.
