my phone is dead. in the cloud i see old photos. is it possible to get all photos?

I use my phone for pictures all the time and would be concerned if I weren’t able to access them. The Verizon Cloud can only backup a certain amount before you need to purchase additional storage. If you have more photos than storage, the Cloud would have stopped backing up. What exactly happened with your phone? What is the make and model?
