Can't See Most Cloud Pictures on my Mac

When I try to see my pictures that are supposed to be in the Verizon Cloud I see this:

When I click on the pictures that aren't showing up, I get this message:

We want you to be able to view and manager your cloud content with ease. Let's figure out what's going on. What browser are you using to access the cloud website? What happens if you try to access your cloud content from another device?
