Can't access Cloud from my laptop

Logged into my web account and clicked Cloud. It shows the homepage, greyed out, behind 3 dots cycling through endlessly. Eventually I got a time-out error. Is there a current problem?

I know its frustrating to have issues with the cloud app JOOPIE67. We don't want you to lose any data. We are updating the app but you should still see all your data within the app. Are you having the same issue online via the cloud website? http://vz.to/2bIS4OY
