Whenever I open the Verizon Cloud App on my iPhone 7, a message comes up saying "As you requested, access to media storage has been removed." It will only let me back up contacts but no pictures or videos. I don't recall requesting anything... I tried changing my password, deleting the app and redownloading it. I just want somewhere safe to keep my pictures. It was working well until about a week ago.
