I have a great internet connection, but I hit the "get started" button and the circle spins and I can't seem to get on the cloud to retrieve data from my S3. Any suggestions?

julesposner, Thanks for the details! Can you please try initiating the Verizon Cloud application using our Mobile Data? You can then change to Wifi once the app registers. Here's a link with a helpful video that will provide steps in transferring your content from the S3 to your new S5 .Does the spinning error still occur when trying this step?

I can access it on my phone, but I still can't connect on my phone and I

julesposner got it, just crossing all bases! Lets try to reset the Verizon Cloud app on the Galaxy S5 by http://vz.to/1prOg5q then try to run again. Keep us posted!
