Can't get Contacts from the cloud to my Turbo 2

I had to get a replacement for my Turbo 2 due to a screen issue. I can't figure how to get my contacts from the cloud to my new Turbo 2 device.

Please help

jrhawkdad, we want to make sure that you retrieve all of your contacts on your replacement device. From the application menu, you will need to tap "Cloud." Next, you will be provided with the option to "Get Started."
