I can't log in to my Verizon Cloud iPhone app. I have logged on successfully in the past. Now I keep getting this message: "Couldn't Sign In. Please check the User ID or Mobile Number and Password and try again." It does not give me the option to input this information. The only thing it asks for is a valid email address & then gives me this message. What do I need to do?
We know the importance of having access to the cloud cs13. I'm sorry you're having issues with signing in. Are you logging in on your phone or a computer? What device do you have and have you performed any recent updates?
