Can't open files downloaded from Cloud.

I can't open the pictures and videos that I downloaded from the Cloud. When I click on the downloaded file I get a message "Windows cannot open the folder. The compressed (zipped) folder 'C:........................zip is invalid". I have downloaded my pictures before and have not had any problems.

How many pictures did you include in the zip file? Others here have stated it works better to download 200 to 300 of pictures at a time instead of a larger quantity.

That was it. I tried to download less pictures and I was able to open the download. Thank You.
