Cannot connect to Cloud services at this time. Why is this happening?

I am not able to connect to Cloud service. This is since upgrading to the $5 500GB.

Are you sure you're signing in using the same phone number that has the Cloud service?

We understand the importance of being able to use this feature. Just to confirm, is the Cloud updated on your device? Are you connected to WiFi, and do you have WiFi only sync enabled?
