Wanting to edit my contacts, I can log onto my account but not the cloud. I get the following error.

 

Whitelabel Error Page

This application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback.

This is a known issue the developers are working on.

Editing the contacts in your phones address book and doing a backup from the phone will allow you to edit the contacts while they work through the problem.

Are you trying to access Verizon Cloud through the app or the website?

The White Label error has  been fixed.  You should not be seeing this error any more.  If you do, please delete your browser's cache and cookies and retry.

The developers apologize for the protracted time in getting to the bottom of this.  It was particularly problematic since it didn't impact the entire user base.
