Verizon rep helped me download photos to pc through "restore" function. Now I want to clear most cloud photos for space. I can get a few photos to come up, but trying to scroll down gets me three dots across the screen and eventually messages like "that shouldn't happen" and "try 45 seconds more" and "we've reported this to technical team". I see a few threads that indicate this is a long-standing issue. I also see messages from Verizon. Has anyone gotten this fixed?
