Cant access cloud

Logged into the cloud app and tried to re-download some content and it kept canceling download and giving error messages 7500 and also onenjoy that said invalid token. so I Uninstalled updates and re-downloadEd now It just gets stuck on optimizing and won't do anything. logged on through Web browser and nothing comes up either.
