Closed my Wireless Account can i still access the Cloud?

I would like to get my contacts out of the cloud please help.....................

1ffcag, we're sorry to see you leave. Unfortunately, once an account would be closed the online My Verizon account as well as Cloud service would no longer be available as they would be both would be reset at the time of disconnection. If you're are aware that you backed up these contacts to another service such as an email account or separate application, you may be able to retrieve them that way.
