My verizon cloud says the 25 GB is full, but when I view the tab with all files it is only about 16 GB so I am not sure why it is showing my storage as full? Before that, I actually deleted several GB of files from the cloud and it still said 24.7 GB and then right away it went up to 25 gb, although the total file amount is only 16 GB. Any suggestions?

We want you to get the most storage out your Cloud. When you deleted the files, did you do this from the phone or computer? What type of device are you using to save the information to the cloud?
