I went to check my cloud account today and found none of my 2,000 some pictures and videos, which appear to have been deleted. I was looking into the issue, and discovered the change in the verizon cloud format where you now had to pay for the cloud service. I was willing to pay and I set up the payment, but I have not gotten back any of the 2,000 + photos that I had stored on the cloud account and cannot seem to find ANY contact information for a person that I can call about trying to get all of my photos back. If anyone has any idea about who I can contact about this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
